Family Friendly Cabin+Hot Tub: Cool Summer Nights

HOUSE RULES RESPECT THE PROPERTY & COMMUNITY – Please treat the house, yard, and neighborhood with care. NO SMOKING OR VAPING – Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly to maintain a clean and healthy environment. NO FIREWORKS OR FIREARMS – The surrounding forest is dense and flammable. For safety reasons, shooting guns and using fireworks are strictly prohibited. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS – We want you to have a great time, but large gatherings are not allowed. Our neighbors are aware of activity at the house, and parties will not be tolerated. NOISE CURFEW: 10 PM - 8 AM – Please be mindful of the quiet hours out of respect for the community. FURNITURE – Do not move furniture; if moved, please return it to its original place. SEPTIC SYSTEM CARE – Only flush toilet paper. Avoid getting food in the drain, as there is no garbage disposal. Do not pour grease, cooking oils, or harsh chemicals down the drain. Instead, soak up grease with a paper towel and dispose of it in the trash. PET POLICY – We allow ONE TRAINED DOG UNDER 35 LBS with a $100 PET FEE applied when booking. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cats or other pets due to allergies. UNANNOUNCED PETS – Bringing a pet without prior approval may result in an additional $150 CHARGE PER PET. PET OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES – Please bring your own water bowls and bedding. We provide dog waste bags and ask that all pet owners clean up after their pets. Failure to do so may result in an additional $150 CLEANING FEE. PETS ON FURNITURE – Please do not allow pets on the furniture. PET WASTE DISPOSAL – Dog waste bags must be placed in a trash bag before being disposed of in the dumpster in the carport. HOT TUB RULES – No glass in or around the hot tub. With these simple guidelines in place, we are confident you will have a wonderful and enjoyable stay. Relax, make yourself at home, and have a fantastic time!

Guests will have access to the entire property and all of the amenities. Your check-in will be touch-less utilizing Smart Locks to access the property.
