Perfectly designed for families, the cabin sleeps up to 10 guests (ideal for 8 adults and 2 children on bunk beds). Located 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, this cozy cabin is tucked away on a private, wooded acre, offering serene views and a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing and reconnecting. House Rules

HOUSE RULES RESPECT THE PROPERTY & COMMUNITY – Please treat the house, yard, and neighborhood with care. NO SMOKING OR VAPING – Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly to maintain a clean and healthy environment. NO FIREWORKS OR FIREARMS – The surrounding forest is dense and flammable. For safety reasons, shooting guns and using fireworks are strictly prohibited. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS – We want you to have a great time, but large gatherings are not allowed. Our neighbors are aware of activity at the house, and parties will not be tolerated. NOISE CURFEW: 10 PM - 8 AM – Please be mindful of the quiet hours out of respect for the community. FURNITURE – Do not move furniture; if moved, please return it to its original place. SEPTIC SYSTEM CARE – Only flush toilet paper. Avoid getting food in the drain, as there is no garbage disposal. Do not pour grease, cooking oils, or harsh chemicals down the drain. Instead, soak up grease with a paper towel and dispose of it in the trash. PET POLICY – We allow ONE TRAINED DOG UNDER 35 LBS with a $100 PET FEE applied when booking. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cats or other pets due to allergies. UNANNOUNCED PETS – Bringing a pet without prior approval may result in an additional $150 CHARGE PER PET. PET OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES – Please bring your own water bowls and bedding. We provide dog waste bags and ask that all pet owners clean up after their pets. Failure to do so may result in an additional $150 CLEANING FEE. PETS ON FURNITURE – Please do not allow pets on the furniture. PET WASTE DISPOSAL – Dog waste bags must be placed in a trash bag before being disposed of in the dumpster in the carport. HOT TUB RULES – No glass in or around the hot tub. With these simple guidelines in place, we are confident you will have a wonderful and enjoyable stay. Relax, make yourself at home, and have a fantastic time!

We had an amazing time at Here Comes the Sun! The cabin was in great condition and the newer renovated downstairs worked out well for my husband and I with our three kids. The rest of the family were comfortable in their areas in the home as well. The beds were very comfy! The fire pit out back, hammock, and hot tub were all popular locations during our trip that were throughly enjoyed! We loved that there were mountain trails within walkable distance of the cabin that we were able to go explore. We had a blast finding new places to go explore such as Amicalola State Park, Mercier Orchards (the apple bread is amazing), downtown Blue Ridge, and multiple hiking locations. Despite a freeze that came through (including some snow!), the cabin maintained a very comfortable temperature and the propane fireplace worked amazingly well. Several family members loved to sit in front of the fire with a cozy blanket and a book! Definitely very thankful that we chose Here Comes the Sun!

The house was beautiful and so nice. The beds are super comfortable and there was plenty of space for three couples. We were very close to downtown Blue Ridge with a winery just around the corner. Tara and Keith were great with their response times and the hospitality was a five star. Thank you for sharing your home! We will be back!

What a beautiful place to spend a few days with extended family before the holidays! The cabin was beautifully decorated, very clean, well furnished kitchen, and as cozy as your own home. There are many activities to occupy all ages without leaving the cabin. It is conveniently located close to local shopping and restaurants if you choose to leave the comfort of the cabin.

This stay hosted our annual friends gathering in the Blue Ridge Mountains and we couldn’t be happier! The hosts were phenomenal with being communicative leading up to our visit, checking in, during and after! We had an issue with propane, they immediately rectified it the next morning. We gave feedback and they were so receptive and kind. They also made our stay better by offering suggestions for Blue Ridge as well as checking in on us! Also, the place was immaculately clean! For a place with a deer antler chandelier to have not one cobweb?? Amazing and impressive. Thank you Tara and Kevin! :)

Everyone from my 80 yr old parents to my teenage kids said it was the best vacation - fun, peaceful, and all of their favorite things to do. We felt right at home. It’s cozy and feels exactly the way a vacation in the mountains should feel. We ended up at the firepit every night under the twinkle lights as a family and then the hot tub. It Downtown Blue Ridge is so close and has the best shopping around. Lots of arts and specialized food items. Plenty of place to drop a pole. Five stars all the way and will def be a reoccurring renter!

If you are looking for a home with plenty of space, clean and comfortable, this is it. The home provides plenty of privacy, but also space for the whole family to gather. The furniture is very comfortable and the living room the perfect place for movie nights. Tara and Kevin were extremely responsive and wanted to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The downstairs was amazing for the kids with the games and bunk beds. I can't say enough about the outside space. We spent almost every night around the fire pit making smores. We got to see a turkey family one morning and deer more than once on the property. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch at the back and the rocking chairs on the front porch.
