Only an 8 minute drive to downtown McCaysville, 20 minute drive to both Blue Ridge and the Ocoee White Water Rafting Center, make this an ideal location. This spacious cabin comfortably accommodates up to 10 people (6 max adults) making it perfect for large families, multiple families, or friends vacationing together. Enjoy mountain views from the two levels of decks, complete with a hot tub, a hammock, a picnic table and ample additional seating areas. The deck also provides a soothing backdrop with the sound of the nearby river. Wildlife enthusiasts will appreciate the abundance of birds, deer and sometimes foxes that frequent the surrounding yard and woods. This cabin was thoughtfully designed with both comfort and entertainment in mind. The basement features a generously-sized sectional sofa, a large television, and a game room, while the living room offers a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. The sleeping arrangements include a King sized bed and a sleeper sofa in the master bedroom, a second bedroom with a king sized bed, the third bedroom has a queen sized bed and the basement has a bunk bed with a queen/twin and a twin trundle. All the mattresses are very comfortable and the bedrooms have blackout curtains so you can get a great night’s sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with new GE appliances and stocked with everything you need for cooking, and the grill on the deck is perfect for barbecues. Evenings can be spent roasting marshmallows and sharing stories around the fire pit. Whether you prefer tranquility or excitement, this cabin has it all. HOUSE RULES RESPECT THE PROPERTY & COMMUNITY – Please treat the house, yard, and neighborhood with care. NO SMOKING OR VAPING – Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly to maintain a clean and healthy environment. NO FIREWORKS OR FIREARMS – The surrounding forest is dense and flammable. For safety reasons, shooting guns and using fireworks are strictly prohibited. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS – We want you to have a great time, but large gatherings are not allowed. Our neighbors are aware of activity at the house, and parties will not be tolerated. NOISE CURFEW: 10 PM - 8 AM – Please be mindful of the quiet hours out of respect for the community. FURNITURE – Do not move furniture; if moved, please return it to its original place. SEPTIC SYSTEM CARE – Only flush toilet paper. Avoid getting food in the drain, as there is no garbage disposal. Do not pour grease, cooking oils, or harsh chemicals down the drain. Instead, soak up grease with a paper towel and dispose of it in the trash. PET POLICY – We allow ONE TRAINED DOG UNDER 35 LBS with a $100 PET FEE applied when booking. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cats or other pets due to allergies. UNANNOUNCED PETS – Bringing a pet without prior approval may result in an additional $150 CHARGE PER PET. PET OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES – Please bring your own water bowls and bedding. We provide dog waste bags and ask that all pet owners clean up after their pets. Failure to do so may result in an additional $150 CLEANING FEE. PETS ON FURNITURE – Please do not allow pets on the furniture. PET WASTE DISPOSAL – Dog waste bags must be placed in a trash bag before being disposed of in the dumpster in the carport. HOT TUB RULES – No glass in or around the hot tub. With these simple guidelines in place, we are confident you will have a wonderful and enjoyable stay. Nice if you traveled with kids (which fits your situation 💙). We stayed here from December 27 to January 3 with our family and had a great experience. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days out. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything was ready for us when we arrived. It was a great place for a family stay and we would gladly book it again in the future.

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as pictured — beautiful, spacious, and paired with absolutely stunning views. The amenities were fantastic and the layout gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hot tub was a highlight — incredibly spacious, soothing, and the perfect way to unwind while taking in the scenery. The host was also exceptional — very responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. For such a gorgeous property, the value was unbeatable. We can’t wait to return and already look forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Tara and Kevin worked hard to make certain we were comfortable and taken care of. I love McCaysville, and we’ll definitely be back. If you love hot tubs, this one was the best! Super clean with plenty of foot massage jets along with the usual back massage ones.

In the front of the cabin there is a car port for two cars with an additional spot beside the carport, plus there is an additional driveway that can comfortably fit 3 cars, or a Van, or Truck and Trailer.
